Custom or handmade products may require additional processing time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to X hours to reflect on the carrier’s website.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

6. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
